A few weeks back…I reached my “500 LIKES”…Thanks to all who visited, decided to follow, liked and passed my blog around…
Movie Night Tonight…Hooray, no cooking for me…Take-n-bake Pizza with bread-sticks ..Taste so much better than frozen pizza for about the same price…Picture is of the boys’ pizza…They love Noble Romans pizzas…They can pick and choose whatever they want on their pizzas…The pizza
pretty much ends up looking like a mound of meat and veggies with a little crust underneath…But it makes them happy and have full tummies…I don’t like anything but pepperoni and my daughter only will eat sausage…Take-n-Bake allows everyone to get exactly what they like for a great price in the comfort of our own home…What kind of pizza does your family like most??? Thank You God for dinner…
Hubby and I took another walk today…We walked a little over a mile…I could get use to this time together…30 minutes alone in nature can do so much good…I am hoping this will help our relationship to strengthen and also help me to get into shape…Whatever happens, I am grateful for the time together and the opportunity to see all the beauty God has created…Thank You God for a wonderful hubby to spend time with…
I am learning quickly that all organization starts with me in this home…If I want my house clean, schoolwork completed and respectful, well-mannered children…I need to get up a decent time and start my day…If they see me doing things and not staying in bed…They are more likely to pick up those habits than just letting things be and getting around to them tomorrow…The kids are at the age when the notice everything I say and do…They ask “WHY, shouldn’t we, when you do”…Huge wake-up call for me…Yes, I am the parent and grown-up…I do get to stay up later but then again…I sleep in later too…This spring, I am working very hard to set a great, positive example to help my children become productive and inspiring adults…Thank You God for children who ask questions and see things, just the way they are…
Dishes, Schoolwork but no laundry…My washer broke on me…Now, it seems we may be going to the laundromat for a while…It isn’t that bad though…We had to do it before…I am grateful, that a laundromat is close to home…It seems, if it isn’t that…It will always and definitely be the other…It keep me on my toes and close to God in my prayer time…If everything was hunkey-dory, hokey-pokey and perfect all the time, I would never know what blessings I have…I am learning with my age to be extremely grateful for what I have and continue to pray for what I want…Thank You God for all you give to us…
Now, it is the time to say good-night and spend time with my family…Popcorn, Movies and junk-food galore…Remember please, to thank God for one single thing before you go to rest…
God, you are wonderful, smarvelous and strikingly divine…
Psalm 72:12 NIV says,
For he will deliver the needy
who cry out, the afflicted who
have no one to help.
